We pack each object with attention to its material, shape, and weight. The information below describes the service model demonstrated by this store.

Shipping

Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days. Domestic delivery in Japan is complimentary on orders over ¥20,000. A tracking link is sent when an order leaves the studio. Large, fragile, or made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time.

Returns

Unused items may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

Natural variations in glaze, grain, weave, color, and hand-finished form are part of the character of the products and are not considered defects.

Damage in transit

If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and photographs of the packaging and damaged item.
